Our story begins in 1947 when Tabor Motors opened for business in Chanute, Kansas. Tabor Motors would stay in business all the way to 1961 When it was purchased by Merle Kelly and became Merle Kelly Ford.

Operating as Merle Kelly Ford, the dealership would continue to do business until it was purchased by Steve Faulkner in 2020. Steve Faulkner Ford continues the 78 year tradition of serving the Southeast Kansas and Four State area with excellent customer service and dependibility.
