10 Miles south of Chanute, the inside Dooley wheel on my Freightliner Motorhome blew out. The resulting damage also took out the ride height valve and piping. We arrived at 1 o’clock and by 4 o’clock. We were on the road with a new tire and a repaired air system valve. Jake, the manager was awesome.

Steve Faulkner Ford's a great place to go when your vehicle is not running well and you need some technician to look at it. They did a fantastic job finding the problem and repairing my vehicle in a timely manner

We have taken our 2013 Ford edge to Steve Faulkner Ford twice to be serviced The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They answered any questions or concerns we had about our Ford edge. It was easy to schedule an appointment at our convenience considering we live in Iola. They serviced our Ford edge in a timely manner as they knew we were waiting on it. The automotive garage is well managed and very efficient.

went in to get my whole truck looked at, they claimed i needed over 2500$ worth of stuff done to it,, i refused and asked for only an oil change because i was going on the road soon,, a month later theres black sludge covering my engine and when i call the store they proceeded to hang up on me,, i called back to get stuff figured out but they said they couldn’t help me and the sludge was prior to them working on it, but they never told me this untill just now,, be careful going here, they like to say there fixing something when in reality your car will sit in the shop untill it’s “done” the mechanic manager is also very rude and was the one who hung up on me..

Recently inquired on a vehicle on Facebook marketplace through “Chazz.” Below attached are the responses. He seemed upset that I messaged him after hours, which was not true, he had 6 hours in between to message back. After what I felt was attitude, he then proceeded to say that it’s after hours and he’s “just a guy.” I really don’t recommend Chazz.
